We help streamline your operations by offering a full suite of integrated tools and services, including:

  • Quick setup of customizable e-commerce websites with order management and payment processing.
  • Real-time POS systems for in-store and online sales, supporting cash, cards, transfers, and digital wallets.
  • Advanced inventory tracking with low-stock alerts, reorder suggestions, and multi-location support.

All business risks, including product quality, regulatory compliance, and operational decisions, remain entirely with you.

We collect, use, store, and protect your personal data, business information, transaction histories, inventory records, customer details, and analytics data in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your Content

  • Security violations like hacking or sharing credentials.
  • Abusive practices, including spam, fake reviews, or harassment.
  • System overloading with bots or excessive automation.
  • Content violations like infringing materials or misleading info.
  • Commercial misuse, such as reselling our tools or harvesting data.

Disclaimers of Warranties

The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. Daash disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, uninterrupted access, accurate inventory, or reliable transactions.

Limitation of Liability

Daash shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid by you in the prior twelve months.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Daash against claims arising from Your Content, violations of Terms, or your business activities.

Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, outstanding payments are due, and data may be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

Our Limited Role

Daash is a technology platform only—not a party to transactions or guarantor of outcomes.

Updates and Amendments to Terms

We may modify Terms with notice via email or dashboard. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes resolved first by negotiation, then in the High Court of Lagos State.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the full agreement.

Miscellaneous Provisions

Electronic notices suffice. No assignment without consent. Force majeure excused. No partnership created.
